2016年托福口语考试素材整理:country accomplishment
Describe the most important accomplishment of your country in the past 25 years. Explain why this accomplishment is important. Please include details and examples in your response.
In my opinion, the most important accomplishment in my country is the improvement of the transportation system. 25 years ago, the only public transport in the city was bus, the one with very few routes and low speed. Today, the public transport is well developed. The network covers the whole city, including the metro, bus, taxi, light trails and so on. No matter where you want to go, you could find transport that takes you to your destination with ease. Not only transport in the city, the intercity transport has also greatly developed. The high-speed trains connect the south with the north, which enables you to travel across China within a couple of hours.
